This all about a surge of energy, to be self motivated, come on get up and get on with it. To do anything that will create change, start with you self, first and foremost. Our body, our mind, our character we own, so own it and work with it. Promote promote promote, you don’t like it then change it. Redress who you are if it’s not working for you or your situation, new style, new paint job,  new style, think about it and do it.
